Job Description

Overview Coordinates Oracle Finance system analysis, configuration, and development activities. Analyzes user requirements and business functions to prepare for new applications or modifications to existing capabilities that vary in scope. Works through others to accomplish deliverables. Responsibilities -Responsible for planning and oversight of small, medium and large-scale projects related to Oracle Cloud Financials.-Schedules and initiates meetings with relevant business personnel to understand and document requirements for new application functionality. -Serves as a liaison between IT Senior Management, devoted Business Champion of project, Business Unit’s Senior Management, and third-party vendors.-Build relationships with software vendors to support building of critical paths and objectives, as well as coordinate team members on integrating the deliverables required to support the project.-Oversees functional design and testing processes within project and takes ownership in application wide testing to ensure design requirements are met and standards are complied with.-Serves as Oracle Cloud Financials subject matter expert and provides expertise to team members.-Capable of communicating ideas to end users, all levels of management and cross-functional teams to assure that project goals and productivity requirements are satisfied from the beginning to the end of all projects owned.-Analyzes new modules within Oracle Cloud Financials area and other 3rd party finance system offerings to determine potential benefit to the existing enterprise financial solution. Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics or business.-At least 5 years of Financial systems experience.-At least 3 years’ experience with Oracle Cloud Financials including AP, AR and GL.-At least 3 years’ experience with Oracle Cloud Tools such as BI Publisher. -Has experience serving as a business analyst and leading projects including post implementation support.-Has experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials and other 3rd party Saas software solutions.-Responsible for on-call duties to provide application support during off hours. -Experience interacting with employees at all levels, from entry-level to senior management.-Experience making difficult project-impacting decisions in a timely manner.Dimensions:Service oriented with the proven ability to meet and exceed expectations.Ability to quickly assess a problem or need and determine the best course of action.Fearless in the face of uncertainty.Works through others to accomplish deliverables.
